West Indies will host Bangladesh in a full-fledged series

In November 2024 , Bangladesh will travel to the West Indies to play a series in three formats. Already, the Tigers have started packing their bags for the West Indies tour in preparation for the upcoming World Cup.

However, it doesn’t end there; in November again, they will travel to the Caribbean islands for a peaceful tour. The last international match of the year will be held there.

On Friday, West Indies announced their tour schedule on their official website. According to the itinerary, in November of the coming year, West Indies will host Bangladesh in a full-fledged series in all three formats. This series, spanning almost a month, will run until December.

West Indies Cricket has already released the preliminary schedule for this series. According to the published schedule, they will play against Bangladesh in two Tests, three One Day Internationals (ODIs), and three Twenty20 (T20) matches.

The series will commence with the Antigua Test on November 22nd. The second Test match of the series will be held in Jamaica on November 30th.

Additionally, the three ODIs of the series will be held in Saint Kitts and Nevis, with matches scheduled for December 8th, 10th, and 12th. The series will conclude with the T20 series, consisting of three matches in Saint Vincent, scheduled for December 15th, 17th, and 19th.

Furthermore, before the start of the Test series, West Indies Cricket Board has also announced that they will provide Bangladesh with an opportunity to play a warm-up match in Antigua.

Not only against Bangladesh, but West Indies will also play series against South Africa and Sri Lanka in the coming year. They will compete against the Proteas before and after the World Cup and then face Sri Lanka in October and November.
