The Los Angeles authorities confirmed the news on social media on Friday. The franchise stated that under Shakib’s captaincy, Tim David, Tymal Mills, and others will play in the 2024 National Cricket League.
The NCL’s current edition kicked off on October 4. The tournament will run until October 14. Along with Shakib, Tamim Iqbal is also participating, playing for the Texas Gladiators.
This tournament, organized for the first time by the University of Texas in Dallas, will feature six teams in total. Besides Shakib and Tamim, many renowned international cricketers are also participating.
