In June, the T20 World Cup will be held on United States and West Indies’ Ground. In the group stage, Pakistan will face Ireland on June 16 in Florida. At the end of that series, Pakistan will play against England, the defending champions of T20, in their own country. Both teams have already finalized the schedule for the four-match T20 series. Matches will be held on May 22, 25, 28, and 30. The four different venues will be Leeds, Birmingham, Cardiff, and London, where Pakistan will face England.
Pakistan seems to be preparing vigorously for this World Cup. Military training for Babar and Shaheen Afridi is currently underway in the country’s Abbottabad. Their fitness camp started on March 25.
Star cricketers Mohammad Amir and Imad Wasim, who were initially left out, have returned to the special camp. Additionally, pride has been instilled as Pakistan welcomes back batter Usman Khan, who left the team to start international cricket for the United Arab Emirates.
