India won the Test series against Bazball

On the third day, at the end, India was at 40 runs without losing any wickets in pursuit of England’s target of 192 runs. The Indian team welcomed the victorious side. On the fourth day, amid a loss of 5 wickets for 36 runs, Rohit Sharma’s team faced a bit of a hiccup. Then, two youngsters, Shubman Gill and Dhruv Jurel, took charge. Their unbeaten partnership of 72 runs helped India secure a win by 5 wickets in the second session of the sixth wicket, leading the series with one match in hand.

In the Ranchi Test, India needed another 152 runs for victory on the fourth day with 10 wickets in hand. Openers Rohit Sharma and Mayank Agarwal started the day confidently, adding 84 runs without any trouble. Then, a change in bowling brought a turning point in the match with Ben Stokes. England’s first breakthrough came as Root dismissed Agarwal. Anderson took an amazing catch to send back Agarwal. Rohit fell to a ball by Curran after scoring 6 runs, and Shoaib Bashir dismissed Rajat Patidar after a few overs. Subhman Gill and Ravindra Jadeja tried to salvage India after quickly losing 3 wickets.Gradually, they advanced the team’s score.

After lunch, Bashir dismissed both Jadeja and Sarfraz Khan to wrap up the match.
