Dutch batters clearly did not have the strength to chase such a target tonight. Consequently, the entire Dutch lineup gave up on the chase even before reaching a team total of 100 runs. Except for Vikramjit Singh’s 25 runs, no other batter seemed present on the field. Fans’ expectations were higher since the same team managed to beat South Africa just a few days ago.
