Possible Bangladesh XI in the Match to Avoid a Whitewash

The Bangladesh cricket team is going through a rough patch, having lost two consecutive series. First, they were defeated by the United Arab Emirates, and most recently, the Tigers are on the verge of losing the series against Pakistan in Lahore. The two teams will face off in the final match of the current series.

Today, Sunday, the match will take place at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.

The game will start at 9 PM local time. Bangladesh is expected to make several changes to the squad for this match. Most notably, a new player may replace pacer Shoriful Islam, who suffered an injury in the previous game. So, at least one change is confirmed.

Considering the conditions, an extra spinner might be included in the playing XI. In that case, there is a strong chance that Tanvir Islam will be selected.

Due to poor performance in the first two matches, Parvez Hossain Emon may lose his place in the team. The team management is likely to rely on the experience of Najmul Hossain Shanto in his place. Apart from that, the rest of the XI is expected to remain unchanged.

Probable Bangladesh XI:

Najmul Hossain Shanto, Tanzid Tamim, Litton Das, Towhid Hridoy, Zakir Ali Anik, Shamim Patwari, Mehidy Hasan Miraz, Rishad Hossain, Tanvir Islam, Tanzim Hasan Sakib, Hasan Mahmud.
